Music, Lighting and Sound Coordination
– We will provide demo tapes and cds of ceremony musicians,
vocalists and choirs, reception bands, DJs and
– master of ceremonies
– Assist with music ideas and other special ceremony or reception musical
elements
– Work closely with lighting and sound companies to ensure a professional
and elegant atmosphere
Coordinate all aspects of Transportation
Limousines, town cars, chartered buses, yachts, horse drawn carriages,
Rolls Royces or other special transportation needs
Design and coordinate the Printing Package
– Save-the-date cards
– Invitations and announcements
– Calligraphy / wax sealing or other design elements
– Assembling, mailing and tracking of wedding responses
– Ceremony programs
– Place cards, seating cards, individual menus and table number frames
Marriage License
We acquire the license and submit it to the city. It will be on hand
for the clergy on the day of the wedding.
Coordinate Photography and Videography Package
Child Care Coordination
– Coordinate the reserving of licensed child care givers for
the wedding reception.
– Work with the above to provide games, meals and activities for the
children in attendance.
Assist with the design, theme, look and feel of the event

– Coordination of all floral work and design elements
from personal flowers to the flowers on the cake.
